1. About these terms

These terms govern the use of the ORYON store (CNPJ 00.000.000/0001-00) and purchases made through it. By browsing or buying, you agree to the conditions below.

2. Products and availability

Pieces are offered through partners in Brazil, Italy and Asia, who ship orders directly. Photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible; slight colour variations may occur depending on your screen. Stock is confirmed when the order is placed and reserved until payment is confirmed.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in Brazilian reais (BRL), with indicative conversion to US dollars (USD) and euros (EUR).
  • Payments in BRL via Mercado Pago (Pix and cards in up to 10 instalments) and in BRL, USD or EUR via Stripe (international cards).
  • Instalments beyond the interest-free limit carry interest, shown before confirmation.
  • Pix orders not paid within the displayed time are cancelled automatically.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and start after payment confirmation. Orders containing items from different origins may arrive in separate parcels. Import duties for international destinations are the recipient's responsibility.

5. Returns

Returns follow our 14-day returns policy, without prejudice to statutory consumer rights.

6. Customer account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently.

7. Intellectual property

Brands mentioned belong to their respective owners. ORYON's texts, photography and visual identity may not be reproduced without permission.
