We ship worldwide

Each piece is dispatched by the partner closest to its origin — Brazil, Italy or Asia. Shipping cost and delivery time are calculated automatically in the bag and at checkout, based on your destination country and each item's origin.

Delivery times start once payment is confirmed and include the partner's handling time.

Orders with items from different origins

If your order combines pieces from different origins, they may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking code. You will receive an email for every shipment.

International shipping

For destinations outside Brazil, shipping cost and delivery time are shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes and customs fees in the destination country are not included and are the recipient's responsibility.

Imports into Brazil

Items shipped from abroad may be taxed by the Brazilian Federal Revenue under the Remessa Conforme program. Whenever applicable, we flag this at checkout.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive the tracking code by email and can follow it on the Track order page or in My account.
