14-day returns

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return on any item.

Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and seals attached.
  • Shoes and bags must be returned in their original packaging, with dust bag and accessories.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if the seal is intact.
  • Personalised or custom-altered items cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to request a return

  1. Email contato@oryon.com.br with your order number and the item.
  2. We will send instructions and the return address matching the item's origin.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 10 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method: card reversal (crediting time depends on your card issuer) or transfer to the account used for Pix. For change-of-mind returns of items shipped within Brazil, return shipping is on us. For international returns, return shipping and any duties are the customer's responsibility.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or differs from your order, contact us within 14 days: we will arrange collection and a replacement or full refund, shipping included.

Exchanges

To change size or colour, request a return and place a new order — this way we can secure the piece you want.
